It's important to know how to give partners access to your Google Ads account. This process can be confusing, so follow these clear steps to do it successfully.
Step 1 — Sign in
- Sign into your Google Ads account at ads.google.com
Step 2 — Go to Tools and Settings
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the Tools and Settings icon (spanner icon)
- Under Setup, click Access and security
Step 3 — Add a user
- Click the + (plus) button
Step 4 — Set access level
- Select an access level for your invitee
- Enter their email address
Step 5 — Send the invitation
- Click Send invitation
Step 6 — Confirmation
- Once the person accepts your email invitation, you will receive a notification in your account
- To revoke access at any time, click Remove access in the Actions column
Done! Your agency will now have the level of access needed to manage your Google Ads campaigns on your behalf.
