Here is our easy guide on how to give agency access to your WordPress account. This process takes just a few minutes and can be completed from your WordPress dashboard.
Step 1 — Log in to WordPress
- Log into the backend of your WordPress site
- An easy way to access this: go to https://yourwebsiteaddress.com/wp-admin
Step 2 — Navigate to Add New User
- In the left-hand navigation panel, hover over Users
- Select Add New from the menu options
Step 3 — Enter the agency's details
- Enter the user's name, username and email address
- Set the role to Administrator
- Click the Add New User button
- The user will receive an email notification with login instructions
Note: Granting Administrator access gives the agency full control over your WordPress site. Only grant this to trusted partners. If you need to revoke access later, go to Users, find the account and delete or change the role.
